The secondary fermentation occurs in stainless steel pressure tanks (“Charmat” method).
Tasting notes
The Ribolla Gialla is of a straw-yellow colour. Fresh fruity and citric scents are present in the nose, as well as mineral notes. In the mouth it is balanced and dry.
