Ours is a small estate of only four hectares. This allows us to know each row perfectly and to treat each plant individually. For ethical reasons we try to maintain the lowest possible environmental footprint.
Our estate is powered by a modern and extensive photovoltaic system that not only allows us to be self-sufficient from an energy point of view but also to return electricity to the national grid.
We have found that by being always present in our vineyards we can avoid pesticides and herbicides. The weeding of the vineyards is carried out only with mechanical means. No chemical components are used in this process.
Any interference to the natural evolutionary process from the grapevine to the bottle is kept to the bare minimum.
Vini Snidero has received awards for its eco-sustainability and since the 2018 vintage it has obtained the Bio certification from ICEA, the Institute for Environmental Ethical Certification.
