Winemaking and cooperage
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vessels
Ageing takes place partially in stainless steel vessels and partially in old oak barrels. Appropriate for ageing a couple of years or more.
Tasting notes
Intense ruby red colour; the nose includes ripe cherries and spices. The taste appears elegant and full bodied with soft and very persistent tannins. It is well balanced and lively in the mouth due to a remarkable acidity.
